The changelog must follow the Keep a Changelog format to ensure proper parsing by our release workflow. Our automated release workflow uses the changelog-reader-action, which requires the CHANGELOG.md file to strictly adhere to the Keep a Changelog standard. hence added the #Changed and #Added sections.
